Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Managerial Finance Adjunct Faculty to teach a face-to-face section of FIN410 (Managerial Finance II) during the spring 2027 semester. The instructor will deliver engaging and practical instruction aligned with industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, facilitating class discussions, assessing student performance, and supporting learners in achieving academic success. The ideal candidate will bring managerial finance experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student learning. Other undergraduate and/or graduate finance classes may be available in the future if interested. Outcome: Hiring an adjunct faculty member to teach FIN410 Managerial Finance II and possibly other finance courses.
Teach face-to-face FIN410 (Managerial Finance II) class in spring 2027. May also have opportunities to teach other undergraduate and/or graduate classes in the future. The specific courses will vary from semester to semester and the availability of courses to teach depends on the needs of the GSB.
Prepare course materials, assess student performance, and provide timely feedback to students.
Communicate effectively with and support students, which includes making use of our learning management system.
Adjunct faculty who are teaching courses are required to hold one office hour on campus each week.
Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field (doctorate preferred).
