Manager, Corporate Tax - Financial Services, Real Estate, PwC US Tax LLP, Washington, DC. Help clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs. Support clients with the complex national and international tax environment related to management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. Help organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties. Participate in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $158,000 - $174,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Certification(s) required: Must have CPA or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Working with new and existing tax technologies, along with experimenting with tax digitization solutions;
• Providing tax services to real estate owners, developers and publicly traded REITs;
• Utilizing digitization tools to enhance engagements; and
• Producing and reviewing real estate partnership tax returns and investment trust corporate returns.

50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
