Description Baker Demonstration School, an independent progressive PK-8 school on Chicago’s North Shore, is seeking an exemplary Director of Finance and Operations. The DoF&O plays a strategic leadership role in advancing the mission of the School and its strategic direction. The DoF&O is a key strategic partner to the Head of School and Board of Trustees in all aspects of school finance and operations.
