Finance Budget Manager (HEA) POSITION DETAILS The Finance Budget Manager will report to the Budget Director at The City College of New York. Analyze large volumes of payroll data between CUNYFIRST and Statewide Financial systems (SFS) for quarterly payroll reconciliations. Payroll projections to central office and senior management for the Quarterly Financial plan. Develop budget-related training modules for various departments.
