Business Administrator, Office of Finance & Administration
The Executive Assistant for Finance and Administration, under general supervision, manages the business activities for the Office of Finance & Administration (OFA) and serves as the executive assistant to the VP for Finance and Administration (VPFA). Duties include administrative support to the VPFA, reviewing business documents and contracts and developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and expenses.  Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as a primary point of contact and assistant to the VPFA. Composes and prepares confidential and routine correspondence and reports. Balances complex priorities, deadlines, and project schedules. Provides administrative support for committees chaired by the VPFA. Alerts the VPFA to outstanding issues
