Venable LLP's Real Estate Finance Group seeks a staff attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, D.C., Tysons, or Baltimore office.    The qualified candidate has experience with commercial real estate transactions, is well-versed in title, survey, zoning, and lease review, can independently review and analyze complex real estate and corporate due diligence, and has proficiency maintaining checklists and drafting basic loan documents.
