Description: The Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Comptroller reports to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance and supports NC A&T's mission and strategic plan through planning, directing, administering and organizing the accounting and financial operations of the University.  The Associate Vice Chancellor has management and oversight responsibility for the areas of accounting (state, non-state, endowments); cash management; accounts payable; financial reporting; payroll; treasury, student accounts, and accounts receivable operations; federal and state tax; debt management; capital accounting; travel accounting and compliance; and financial systems development.  This position is a member of the Division's senior leadership team.
