Working closely with CAMs (Control Account Managers) to establish /manage program cost baselines, conducting EAC (Estimate at Complete) analysis, including EAC justifications, and variance analysis.
Aggressively manage and perform analysis to ensure present and future financial performance is consistent with forecasts and identify risk and opportunities to the plan.
Develop cost and schedule baseline estimates and support proposal preparation activities.
Track labor hours on a weekly basis and resolve charging issues.
Analyze headcount comparisons on a weekly basis.
Provide guidance, training & mentoring to junior analysts, ensures EVM and financial information is correct and compliant to PPMP guidelines.
Prepare price analysis for unusual or complex proposals.
Track historical costs and monitoring subcontract completion dates and plan to recover late tasks.
Maintain clarity within the program via direct communication with subcontractor to discuss budget, schedule and any questions or issues that may arise.
Additional tasks include supporting the Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (EAC), assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans. Lead various other ad hoc and special projects/requests as required. This position has the potential growth opportunity to turn into a led role on the team.

Basic Qualifications :
Business Operations background and understanding of Earned Value Management principles, standards, processes, requirements and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical ability, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data.
Experience in MS Excel including working knowledge of Pivot tables, V-lookups, and graphics.
