Are you an innovator who loves designing learning and cares about connecting with employees? Finance Talent Operations is looking for a creative and engaging Training Manager . This job will develop and collaboratively design training while partnering and strategizing with leaders across the Finance organization to identify learning needs and objectives.
Lead teams to build a strategy for learning programs with appropriate and engaging instructional materials and products, maintaining a center of knowledge about cutting edge learning solutions and standard methodologies in multimedia instruction.
Drive the implementation of learning solutions from conception to delivery in an environment that encourages staff development, continual improvement, and the highest quality service.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communications for initiatives.
Develop and implement performance support and training tools.
Continuously modify program content/delivery to ensure that it reflects changes.
Collaborate with, and gain consensus, of key partners to continuously improve content and format of the Divisions Training and Optimization program.
5+ years training and program/content development experience.
Skills in business writing styles and experience composing communication to a wide range of audiences.
Experience in developing and delivering modern and cutting-edge training presentations and materials to support learning in a virtual setting.
Knowledge or familiarity with e-learning and Adult Learning Theory.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
