The Department of Accounting and Finance (ACFN) in the Collat School of Business at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks applicants for one full-time, nine-month Data Analytics Instructor position in ACFN beginning August 15, 2021.
The Accounting & Finance Department includes 17 faculty members and 7 full-time instructors, covering two majors and supporting both the MBA program and the business core. The accounting program offers an undergraduate degree as well as a Master in Accounting. Both accounting degree programs have been separately accredited by Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) for more than 30 years. Degree programs in both accounting and finance are offered on campus and online.
The expected starting date of the appointment is August 15, 2021. Salary is competitive and benefits are excellent. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position has been filled.
