Sift Stack, Inc. seeks a Financial Operations Lead in El Segundo, CA to lead and optimize our financial and business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment with company goals. In this role, you will oversee the company’s financial health, manage budgets, track key performance metrics, and implement financial strategies to drive growth and sustainability. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to enhance productivity and operational excellence while ensuring fiscal responsibility. Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop and execute strategic plans, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will own and execute operational and financial projects end-to-end, tackling complex, ambiguous challenges with a structured, analytical approach. Your role will involve overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and streamlining financial workflows to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives, drive automation in financial processes, and identify innovative solutions to enhance the company’s competitive edge. Strong stakeholder management will be key, as you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to align business operations with financial objectives. As a leader, you will mentor and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture that thrives on adaptability and strategic execution. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term financial planning in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field and one year of experience in investment banking, consulting, internal operations, or business analyst role.
