Catalina Marketing Corporation seeks a Sr. Director, Global Finance in St. Petersburg, FL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Responsibilities: Manage the development, implementation, and management of the company's global financial planning and forecasting processes. Drive the annual budget and strategic plan development (target-setting, capital spending requirements, balance sheet and cash flow forecast, alignment with stated goals, review/editing of presentations, etc.). Develop/oversee financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Prepare, oversee, and distribute monthly global financial forecast (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with variance analyses and summary of key trends for senior management. Propose, analyze, and interpret key operating indicators (productivity, headcount, expense ratios, emerging trends) and recommend steps to improve financial and operating results. Partner with all levels of management (including CEO and CFO) and recommend solutions to enhance company profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and opportunities. Provide in-depth M&A or divestiture support via financial analysis and due diligence efforts. Primary business partner to the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer, Interim SVP, People & Culture, while also providing cross-functional support for the President, Europe. Proactively deliver comprehensive advice to your business partners relevant to strategic decisions within their functional areas for cost management, margin improvement, and operating cash flow. Oversee centralization of global finance responsibilities through the implementation of best practices, policies, and systems across the regions and functions that you support. Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis assigned by the VP Global Finance, CFO, or Catalina Executive Leadership Team members to support decision-making and business strategy, including presentations to executives. Evaluate the financial impact of capital investments and make recommendations to senior management where appropriate. Lead the fixed asset investment (capital) review and prioritization exercise for the corporation to deliver current year budgets and future strategic plan imperatives that minimize capital spending and maximize return on dollars spent. Continuously improve the capital budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Effectively oversee, manage, and coach a team of global finance professionals via effective delegation while also providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Project Tahoe champion/lead for Finance and Accounting, playing an integral role in helping to make the Catalina India Global Service Center a success for our team. Requirements: MBA, plus 84 months of experience in the job offered or related, including 7 years in a corporate finance environment and 5 years of progressive financial management experience. Experience with the following: Leading financial planning, financial modeling and analysis, capital planning, and treasury exposure; stakeholder management and building collaborative working relationships with teams across the organization. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
