Coordinate and oversee development of capital and operating budgets and generate ideas to maximize investments and increase efficiency. Lead execution of global financial strategy, establishing annual financial goals. Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including overall financial performance of operations, cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting. Manage and direct finance team responsible for day-to-day finance function, building diverse teams who work interdependently to achieve business objectives. Serve as management team member coordinating with other global senior leaders.
Minimum of Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related field and 3 years experience as Senior Manager Audit or related position analyzing financial and accounting data in industrial sectors. Must read, write, and speak Italian.
