The System Director - Finance will play a key leadership role in shaping the system's financial performance and long-term fiscal success. Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and accounting for the healthcare system Lead Reimbursement, Decision Support, and Financial Management departments, providing strategic guidance and oversight Develop standardized financial processes and workflows across facilities to enhance operational efficiency Analyze revenue cycles to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with senior leadership to align revenue optimization strategies with overall organizational financial goals Conduct Revenue Cycle forecasting, analyzing financial data to predict patient revenue streams, ensuring accurate reporting and financial stability Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and GASB guidelines while maintaining strong internal controls Mitigate regulatory exposure through compliance audits and risk & profitability assessments  Perform financial analysis, budgeting, month-end, and year-end close for key financial departments Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development This job description provides a general overview of the position's responsibilities and requirements.
