Director, Deals Transaction Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Washington, DC. Oversee the design and implementation of Deals based technology solutions. Help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets with data analytics and technical solutions. Support the world’s leading companies to originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Lead teams in the creation, management, and utilization of cloud native analytics solutions. Assist clients to move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company through data driven insights. Lead cross functional teams to gather Deal requirements and convert them into data specification requirements, develop strategy to apply Deal perimeter on available transactional data. Supervise and coach teams.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Developing cloud-based data-pipelines to standardize client data into a relational database format using Microsoft Azure Synapse pipelines;
Applying financial carve-out business rules on large-scale financial datasets through Azure SQL and Python;
Leading engagements with Private Equity & Corporate clients on deal-based transactions and value creation efforts; and
Overseeing development & maintenance of web-based digital solutions using JavaScript frameworks to drive M&A transactions.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
