Christian Community Service Center (CCSC) is seeking a mission driven Finance Director to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This leader ensures GAAP compliance, manages budgeting and audits, supervises Finance staff, and supports organizational decision making. 

Position Summary:   

The Finance Director plays a key role in ensuring CCSC’s fiscal integrity and ability to fulfill its mission. This is a full-time position, including occasional weekday evenings. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. 

• Manage accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll and cash flow. 

• Oversee annual audit and Form 990 preparation. 

• Maintain internal controls, financial policies, and asset/depreciation records. 

• Maintain 403 (b) retirement plan for eligible employees. 

• Supervise the Finance team and coordinate with program and leadership staff. 

• Ensure accuracy of donations, coding, and reconciliation of accounting/donor systems.

Certifications/Skills: 

• CPA required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• 4+ years accounting experience (nonprofit preferred) 

• Strong GAAP knowledge; Sage experience a plus 

• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills 

• High ethical standards, integrity and professionalism 

• Must be detail-oriented
