 Prioritize emails and schedule appointments to optimize the CFOO&#8217;s agenda. 
 Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and detailed agendas. 
 Assist with special projects, research, and improving internal processes. 
 Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports and manage budgets.&#xa0; 
 Monitor project deadlines and follow up on action items to keep projects on schedule. 
 Handle all team communications and events. 
 Maintain an organized system for records, reports, and files related to the Business Office.

 Prepare monthly financial statements with clear commentary

 Strong background in budgeting, reporting, and internal controls 
 Financial analysis and forecasting experience 
 Experience using Sage Intacct, Ramp, and Planning Center strongly preferred
