As the Director of Finance at St. Joseph Health in Bryan, TX, you will directly empower operational leaders with critical financial insights. You will lead and optimize all financial decision support staff activities across the consolidated Brazos Valley Market, fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborating strategically with the Market Project Manager, you will drive financial performance improvements and guide future direction by recommending annual goals to the Market VP of Operational Finance.

This leadership position also entails the comprehensive development of the annual operating budget, sophisticated forecast models, and active participation in long-range strategic financial planning, in partnership with Market leadership and South Region Decision Support.

• Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum of seven (7) years experience in field and (5) years leadership experience
• Licensure and Certification: CPA preferred
