Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-starter with strong documentation skills, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively. The candidate is to:

• Perform technical and compliance checks of Floor Stock, Block Discounting, Hire Purchase drawdown requests, invoices and supporting documents received and ensure that they are in order
• Conduct online vehicle valuation for vehicle cases
• Conduct encumbrance searches on the vehicles and equipment & enhanced searches (bankruptcy etc) on Borrower/Guarantor
  Perform post-acceptance technical verification of accepted Letters of Offer/Letters of Variation and all in-house security documents received for all banking facilities to ensure complete documentation prior to activation
• Prepare letters of appointment of Lawyers where required
• Liaise and follow-up with Relationship Managers, Customers/Car Dealers and Suppliers for submission of drawdown requests, invoices and other supporting documents
• Liaise with internal departments for Floor Stock / Block Discounting / HP activation / disbursement / extension of Floor Stock
• Ensure smooth processing of day-to-day transactions within stipulated Service Level Agreement
• Collaborate well with team members and colleagues across business/support units
• Participate in team/department projects and initiatives which include drafting user requirements, test cases and executing UAT.
• Initiating and driving process improvement within the team to achieve productivity gains

Requirements

• Degree with at least 8 years relevant working experience
• Strong in data extraction and analytical skill
• Self-motivated, strong attention to details skills, good organizational skills, able to multi-task and work under tight timeline
• Market and business knowledge in equipment and vehicle Hire Purchase financing, including Block Discounting and Floor Stock is preferred
