Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

Looking for a collaborative team environment where you can make an impact? We are hiring a Financial Analyst II to join our Financial Operations team.
You will:
- Provide financial analysis, planning and forecasting which may include consolidation of financial data from various sources, analyzing current and past financial & revenue cycle data & performance
- Assist with financial data reporting, budget preparation and financial planning processes, and budget review for compliance and opportunities
- Build financial models
- Participate in ongoing development of financial analysis tools
- Support performance management initiatives and ad-hoc projects/initiatives
- Actively seek out opportunities to learn new and grow existing technical skill set with changing job needs
You have:
- 2-4 years of finance, accounting, finance or related experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills in addition to being a team player with good business judgment and detail orientation
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
You Are:
- A critical thinker with strong attention to details
- Self-starter that takes initiative in managing multiple projects
- Action-oriented and eager to embrace new challenges
- Skilled in working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding
Location: Please note this is a hybrid role with 90% remote flexibility. Expected to be in NYC for important in-person meetings and other collaboration needs.
