St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Finance Analyst 3 to join our team.
Unit/Position SummaryUnder limited supervision, the Finance Analyst 3, develops, interprets and implements highly complex financial/accounting concepts and advanced techniques for financial planning and control.
Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, operating forecasts and similar complex financial matters.
Provides expert advisory capability and interpretation on all levels of financial activity.
Acts as a consultant to management on financial policy, procedure and applications.
Performs all but the most complex assignments independently.
Performs difficult and complex work requiring independent judgment and practical application of advanced financial theory.
Collects, organizes, analyzes and presents data for purposes of evaluation and decision making.
Provides functional and technical direction to other staff members.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 5 years relevant experience
