The Manager of Finance and Financial Analysis is responsible for the development of financial reporting for senior financial and operational leadership. This position also manages a team of analysts in coordinating and managing departmental budgets, implementing financial benchmarking software, automating financial processes, and reporting for funds flow planning for the medical school.Essential Duties:Lead and manage a team of financial analysts in the development of analyses and proforma to support hospital and corporate initiatives, including financial evaluation of strategic initiatives.Manages the Financial Analysis team in the ongoing review, management, and dissemination of financial and operational benchmarking dataProduce and p
