Darke Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc., an electric distribution cooperative located in Greenville, Ohio is seeking a qualified, financial professional to become the next Director of Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Under direction of the General Manager/CEO, the Director of Finance and Administration/CFO is responsible for maintaining financial records, accounting services, budgeting, debt management, financial planning, regulatory reporting, cash management, inventory control, and forecasting. The Director of Finance and Administration/CFO is also responsible for human resource administration, member services and office administration. This senior staff position is also involved in strategic planning and in the evaluation, development, and
