The Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science in the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions in Actuarial Science or Quantitative Finance. If circumstances warrant, appointment at Associate or Full Professor with tenure may be considered. Candidates must have a PhD in Actuarial, Statistical or Mathematical Sciences, Finance, Risk Management or a related area, and have potential or proven ability to develop an internationally recognized research program. Candidates should also have excellent communications skills and a strong commitment to teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
