Job Summary The DFO collaborates with board of physician shareholders as well as key employees and third party services to refine and optimize the operational structure in accordance with organizational philosophy and goals. This position manages day to day operations to support creative and cost-effective growth, while allowing the organization to continue providing accessible high quality care to our hospitals and community.
