Position Description The Banbury Center at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance and Development Coordinator on a temporary basis (maternity cover). Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the Center and providing administrative support. Position Responsibilities Development and Finance 1. Track administrative and meetings budgets 2. Prepare and issue invoices to funders and assure timely reconciliations 3. Regularly communicate (email) with corporate sponsors about use of benefits (in collaboration with relevant CSHL departments)
