General Summary: This position is responsible for the strategic development and management of the entire range of finance activity, both treasury and accounting functions of the organization. The Directors of Finance is responsible for preparation and distribution of AMTA’s financial reports to the Board of Directors, AMTA’s management and departments. The Director of Finance manages the internal control structure of the organization, the Massage Therapy Foundation and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCB), while managing the relationships with financial institutions, investment advisors, auditors in collaboration with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.
