Finance Manager
Department OverviewThis position supports Oncology Services by reviewing and analyzing data specific to the operations of outpatient oncology clinics, infusion units and programs (Hematology and Medical Oncology, Radiation Medicine and Surgical Oncology). The Finance Manager works with Oncology Services managers, directors and the VP in reviewing financial performance, defining and tracking productivity of staff and faculty and revenue cycle performance. The Finance Manager develops tools to present data and meets with management and faculty in the review of data and performance. The Finance Manager oversees the managed care function in the Community Hematology Oncology unit and engages with Revenue Cycle Operations to ensure alignment with institution practices
