The Finance/Post-Award Analyst uses skills as a seasoned, experienced financial service professional with a full understanding of industry practices and organizational policies and procedures. Resolves a wide range of issues. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. This new position is needed to provide support to the finance unit.
The person has to support the finance manager in various areas: * Prepare monthly billing to Vitalant, our affiliate, as well as collect and code the revenue * Prepare yearly OE HR billings to WOS faculty, follow up, if needed, for payments and check coding * Prepare MTA and clinical trial billings for PI's and is responsible for collection and coding of check payments * Is responsible for Joint Personnel Agreement (JPA) processing (initial application and renewal) * Update and maintain the Department space via the Archibus Space Management System * Enter funding information for residents and fellows in UCPath * Prepare monthly resident/fellow health insurance report and upload them to the Box
