In conjunction with the Director & Deputy Director of Athletics, Recreation & Physical Education, this position will direct, plan and organize UMBC’s 17 intercollegiate athletics programs and support functions. Provide overall direction and support for a full-time staff and approximately 75 coaches and administrators. This position will ensure program operations are of high quality and integrity and are functioning in support of the overall University vision, mission, and values. The incumbent will be responsible for the fiscal management and oversight of all accounting, budget and financial reporting functions within the Department of Athletics, working closely will all central processing entities on campus.
