OverviewThe Finance & Accounting Rep, Bilingual is responsible for specialized collections, claims processing, and/or account follow-up activity for accounts generated at all locations throughout the hospital system and by the WakeMed Physician Practices. Collaborates with the Billing and Posting departments to ensure appropriate management of patient accounts.
