Job Description Summary
The Financial Analysis role is to support financial decision-making information by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
The purpose of the Financial Analyst is to support the contract of Real Estate/ FM / Project Teams for their needs in financial spends.

About the Role:
- Monitor daily bank balances, perform fund transfers, prepare bank receipts and reconciliations, and update cash flow trackers.
- Process vendor payments, manage invoice queues, review reconciliations, and ensure timely payments through AP ageing monitoring.
- Prepare cost reports, raise client invoices, and resolve PO issues to ensure efficient billing cycles.
- Handle tax reconciliations, journal entries, and support ad-hoc finance tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Deliver high-quality services, build rapport with clients, adapt to changing needs, and support cross-functional collaboration and business development.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Aligns with company strategy, generates growth ideas, and upholds financial standards.
- Delivers exceptional business outcomes, adapts to change, and leads with authenticity.
