The Director of Finance & Operations (“DFO”) is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Head of School while also serving as a liaison to the Board of Trustees for Finance & Operations of the School.  The DFO shall have a strong working partnership with the Head of School to ensure that the educational goals of the School are supported by its business and fiscal goals.  To this end, the DFO is responsible for managing the following functional areas within the Business Office: Accounting, Tuition Management(FACTS), Human Resources/Payroll, IT Administration, and Facilities Management.  The position is primarily responsible for the professional management of the accounting, fiscal and operational duties to help ensure the fiscal health of the School.  To achieve this
