GENERAL SUMMARY The Director of Finance position reports directly to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFO/COO) and is responsible for monitoring ISPE’s overall financial performance to include financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable/accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses projects.  The Director influences financial decisions by collaborating with the CFO/COO and Senior Leadership in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures; monitors & confirms financial condition by leading the annual audit process and coordinating information exchange with external auditors.  The Director will work directly with the CFO/COO and other Senior Leadership to protect the o
