Description: The Interim Director of Finance and Operations serves as the school’s Chief Financial and Operations Officer. They oversee the day-to-day operations of The Bement School and manage the school’s physical resources.    Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a member of Bement’s Leadership Team and as a key strategic and thought partner for the Head of School. Develop and maintain an annual operating budget and financial plans. Collaborate with the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees and the Head of School to manage Bement’s financial and physical resources. Lead and supervise the Business Office team. Oversee administrative and operational depa
