Bellarmine University Office of Finance has an immediate opening for a Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Finance & Facilities. This position is a regular, full-time position with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position reports to the Vice President for Finance & Facilities and performs various office and administrative tasks for the Vice President and the Business Affairs Division. These tasks include, but are not limited to: coordinating the Vice President's schedule, answering the general office phone; reconciling accounts; compiling and organizing information and files; and handling all aspects of mail services for the office.
Job Requirements:
Ability to multi-task in an office environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (able to create Word documents and Excel spreadsheets).
Work and interact positively within a diverse, multicultural environment.
Experience working in an office environment..
Bachelor's degree and a knowledge of accounting and proper business procedures is preferred.
