Position Overview:Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring that all key stakeholders and leadership receive accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis in order to make strategic financial decisions. The Director of Finance will partner with University Department leaders, and work collaboratively across wings and with the Center of Operational Excellent (budget, provider compensation and productivity, financial reporting, and operations/scheduling) to make recommendations to help the organization achieve its financial goals. Director of Finance will lead a team of CSU financial analysts and provide ongoing training & development to finance team and operational leaders to improve financial literacy of clinical decision makers.Roles R
