About the role:

Period end activities:

• Completion of the APAC region monthly close using accrual accounting methods:
• Revenue and expense accruals
• Other Accruals and provisions â“ build up a process to ensure these are identified from within the business

Accounts Payable:

• P2P process â“ overseeing AP process with 2 AP Analysts, ensuring invoices are processed within SLAs
• Following up on queries/ outstanding deliverables by AP team
• Ensuring vendor reconciliations are done on a timely basis
• Managing cashflow and reviewing payments to vendors
• Onboarding new vendors into the financial system and maintenance of current vendors

Accounts Receivable

• Funding process â“ managing the cost reports and reviewing monthly invoice submission to client for funding
• Tracking Accounts Receivable aging and following up on outstanding invoices/ payments
• Ensuring funds are remitted to corporate office timely

Analytics and reporting

• Monthly contract spend variance reporting: results versus budget
• Month post close variance reporting; key commentary reviews
• Completion of corporate journals for revenue gross up and other related entries
• Completion of all month end reporting deliverable
• Benchmarking and analysis of commercial contracts

Planning

• Assist in driving the annual business plan working with the operation leaders

Training

• Proactively provide training, coaching and support to Facility and Site Managers on a wide variety of business and financial issues to ensure satisfactory site performance versus plans
• Provide the structure and information resources necessary for cost control and continuous cost improvement with consistency from site to site

Others

• Assist in various Forecast and AOP processes
• Managing administrator tasks for current ERP system
• Supporting Global Finance Director in key enhancement projects
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by Global Finance Director

About you:

• 5+ Yearsâ™ experience
• Experience working across multiple markets and region will be an advantage
• Qualified CA/ CPA
• Knowledge in Yardi, JDE, WorkDay and SAP preferred
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
