The seed that grew into Auxis Consulting & Outsourcing was planted when a group of PepsiCo colleagues spearheaded a multiyear business transformation project for the company’s Latin American Beverages Division. Immersed in the challenges of such a major initiative, they realized a genuine need for a consulting company that delivered the same high-quality services aimed at enterprises to middle-market organizations as well.
In the nearly three decades since, Auxis has perfected an innovative delivery model that prioritizes customization, flexibility, and faster speed–to–benefit for clients. And as we evolved our business model, who we are not – i.e., career consultants – became just as important to our path forward as who we are: drawing on our unique, real-world perspective as shared services operators, industry veterans, and experienced advisors to create practical, optimized solutions for our customers.
Our tailor-made approach initially found success among middle–market companies, which require greater flexibility from their partners. But as we grew, we also became sought after by enterprise-level corporations looking for an alternative to the conventional, commoditized ...consulting model.
Our journey reflects the innovative approach we bring to every engagement.
We have stood on the cutting edge of a market shift as nearshore outsourcing pioneers. We were one of the first organizations to identify the language, cultural, time zone, and real-time collaborative advantages of geographically close outsourcing teams with the launch of our Global Delivery Center in Costa Rica in 2010. Empowered by exploding demand for our services, we launched another fast-growing delivery center in Colombia in 2021, giving our customers access to the top nearshore hubs.
We keep pace with fast-changing customer needs by consistently identifying and seizing opportunities to enter new markets. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services to include information technology, finance and accounting, customer service, human resources, intelligent automation, digital transformation, and, most recently, revenue cycle management, restaurant auditing and brand protection services, and loan processing.
We’ve also added key partners like UiPath, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft to leverage the latest innovations and continuously improve our offerings for our customers.
Through it all, we have never wavered from our core mission of delivering the flexibility, innovation, and optimization that helps our customers achieve peak performance.
At the end of the day, our clients’ success is our success. And our deep-rooted ability to challenge the status quo, unlock new opportunities, and spark sustainable growth will power our journey into the next quarter-century – and beyond.
