The Raine Group LLC seeks Associate in New York, NY to serve as a critical member of the Deal team and will assist with the execution and principal investing opportunities, both domestically and internationally, in the Digital, Media, Entertainment and Sports Sectors.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: assisting with the execution of financial investments; executing cross-border advisory transactions; developing financial models and financial and valuation analyses including discounted cash flow analyses (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses, comparable analyses; working on transaction structuring; conducting business, financial, accounting, and industry due diligence; conducting industry and company-specific research and deep-dives as part of transactional due diligence processes; and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and third-party market data providers including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Thomson One. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
