The Raine Group LLC seeks Associate in New York, NY to serve as a critical member of the Deal team and will assist with the execution and principal investing opportunities, both domestically and internationally, in the Digital, Media, Entertainment and Sports Sectors.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: assisting with the execution of financial investments; executing cross-border advisory transactions; developing financial models and financial and valuation analyses including discounted cash flow analyses (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses, comparable analyses; working on transaction structuring; conducting business, financial, accounting, and industry due diligence;
