Professional experience and knowledge in operating the Accounting Software and QuickBooks. Manage the Inflow and outflow of Inventory using the Inventory Method and coordinate with stock team. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Assist financial information and prepare a financial report, make entries in books of accounts like General ledger, Sales & Purchase books, Receivable & Payable, Closing and Opening transactions, Adjustment entries and make journal entries. Capable of Preparing and reviewing the Income statement, Balance sheet and making adjustment entries. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Prepare the Financial Accounting Statements. Process Bi-weekly and monthly payroll using ADP and Familiar with Federal tax, State tax, FICA and Medicare. Provide the Ageing Report for Fund Collection. Adhere to KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and other Industry specific compliance standards. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Prepare the Import and Export Invoices and Verify the details as per the custom requirements in various Countries. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Must have a Master’s degree with concentration in Finance / Accounting / related field with one year experience. Salary: $75837/year. EOE.
