Position DescriptionThe Associate Director of Master's Finances reports to the Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Education and is the senior and experienced finance professional responsible for managing the financial operations for a growing portfolio of HMS Master's Programs and the Office for Graduate Education (OGE) administrative finances supporting the master's. This position will oversee all aspects of financial operations to support the strategy and mission, ensure compliance and effectiveness, and develop, evaluate, and evolve structures and policies to meet the needs of OGE. The Associate Director of Master's Finances in the Office for Graduate Education is responsible for developing, modeling, and advising OGE leadership on financial strategy and oversee
