Senior Associate, Corporate Tax Generalist, PwC US Tax LLP, Houston, TX. Help clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs. Assist clients in navigating the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to the management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing. Support clients with tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $113,589 - $124,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Tax, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Tax, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for US companies or publicly traded entities with accuracy;
• Working with corporate and partnership tax planning and compliance, tax accounting, financial reporting, tax provision preparation, audit and review;
• Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools; and
• Working with tax tools and resources including tax provision and compliance software such as Corptax or OneSource.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required.
