We are currently seeking a Project Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing accounting team that supports transformative real estate developments across the country.

What You’ll Do:
Leading a talented team of Accounts Payable professionals and Project Accountants (team of 8)
Overseeing draw submissions and the monthly draw cycle across multiple national projects
Managing job cost reconciliation, AP, AR, general ledger, and the flow of funds
Driving timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and lien waiver tracking

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project or construction accounting (tax credit experience a plus)
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and accounting systems (RealPage preferred)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
