This Facilities Contract Finance Analyst will be responsible to:Assists in the daily workflow and ensures the timely approval of requisitions and invoices according to BCH policies and proceduresAssists project managers and planners with Procore budgets and forecasts that are reconciled with capital planning and ERPTrouble-shoot inquiries from project managers and planners related to PeopleSoft and Procore on financial mattersProcess & track invoices to be submitted to AP. Work with external accounts receivable associates to ensure purchase orders/ commitments are fully paid or closed. Working with Financial Reporting (FINREP) on providing data such as in-service date and depreciation i
