Perform financial, statistical, and other data-related analyses to support the Finance Director and the needs of Enterprise Leadership. Support the development of analytical objects such as queries, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Creating and posting journal vouchers (JVs), reconcile and monitor SAP transactions, and perform month-end close activities. Provide analytics to support the development of business cases and drive enterprise initiatives. Demonstrate critical thinking skills in investigating and resolving customer concerns. Model and promote excellent customer service for internal and external customers. Proactively enhance knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education programs, training sessions, and courses. Other duties as assigned.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities:
Must demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data; an understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, issues, risks, etc.; advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs; experience with database and decision support systems; the ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines; a strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to provide excellent customer service, and gain the respect and confidence of professional peers.
