We are seeking an Assistant Director, Faculty Practice Finance who will be primarily responsible to actively manage processes and governance for faculty compensation in the School of Medicine. The Assistant Director of Faculty Practice Finance will help define business processes as part of the university?s effort to modernize business process and technology redesign. The role will maintain a deep understanding of SOM faculty compensation practices and actively manage our efforts to have best of class compensation practices.
