The University of Kentucky Healthcare (UKHC) Enterprise is seeking a Business Partner Director for Pharmacy. This position will direct analytics required to assess, monitor, and report related trends including market opportunities, strategies, economic, technological, payer and industry trends; Oversee the analysis of the potential impact of environmental trends and internal performance on UK HealthCare's position in the market, including 340B, HRSA, and CMS; Direct the identification of strategies and /or actionable plans for market share growth, new market opportunities and/or performance initiatives for the enterprise and service lines; Perform research, predictive analytics, benchmarking to deliver data-driven insights to identify potential savings, growth opportunities and clinical/operational improvements within Pharmacy and Laboratory Services; and Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure the successful execution of the UK HealthCare Pharmacy strategic plan.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have advanced analytics, and critical thinking skills; will have an understanding of forecasting and finance models; ability to prepare business, marketing, and strategic plans; and strong planning, presentation, project and team management skills.
