The Regional Financial Controls Manager is a critical role that partners with the Regional Finance and Operations Lead and the Regional PDS Leader to help manage the regional financial and accounting functions in an efficient and effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoicing and Billing
- Possess an understanding of C&Wâ™s invoice procedures
- Review invoices for conformity to C&W Revenue Recognition Policy and submit monthly invoices in Workday
- Distribution of invoices to clients or Project Team
- Understand expense policy for compliance and correct coding and review all expenses associated with projects
- Review outstanding receivables and work with Market Leaders and Project Teams to collect payments
Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Monthly review and reconciliation of revenue actuals and forecast in database
- Provide timely and accurate monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the region
Financial Reporting
- Support the Regional Managers in the review of monthly financials
- Assist investigating and resolving monthly financial variances
