Position Information:
The Finance & Accounting Rep Bilingual is responsible for specialized collections claims processing and/or account follow-up activity for accounts generated at all locations throughout the hospital system and by the WakeMed Physician Practices. Collaborates with the Billing and Posting departments to ensure appropriate management of patient accounts. This position requires an individual that is fluent both orally and in the written form in English and Spanish. Performs all duties in English or Spanish as required by the clients and departmental needs. Performs simple translation tasks and may require language interpretation at the basic or intermediate level.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Related Position Experience In Healthcare Required

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Administration Preferred

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
